There's no green onion. Let's make a flower roll with ham sausage today. It's just as delicious.
Step1:A bowl and a half of common flou
Step2:Add 5g yeast. (I'm afraid I can't get my hair up, so I used 5g). Add sugar. 1 tbsp. Add another half bowl of warm water. Knead and place until there is no dry flour in the bowl.
Step3:Knead the dough and cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the warm place for half an hour (use warm water to wake up if you want to wake up quickly). Wake up for an hour without warm water.
Step4:Put the dough on the chopping board and knead it. Exhaust the air. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin and thick skin
Step5:Brush the oil evenly, sprinkle the sausage, roll up the skin, and pat it for a few times.
Step6:Use the knife to cut the dosage form of uniform size. Roll the pattern (press and pull the chopsticks gently in the middle. Put the chopsticks under and turn them to your own direction. The pattern is good.)
Step7:Put some warm water in the pot (remember it's warm water. Don't burn the yeast). Put the rolls in the pot and wake up for 10 minutes. Steam for 15 minutes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step8:Open the cove
Cooking tips:Please remember to use warm water for noodles. Otherwise, too hot water will burn the yeast to death. Put some flour on the dough when it comes out. Don't roll too thin. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
