I saw a good rib in the market today. If I want to change my taste, I'll buy it and bake it. This is the easiest way I've ever used. So there are only two pictures.
Step1:Fork the ribs over with a fork for the taste. Then pour the ginger and garlic, Zhuhou sauce, soy sauce, honey, peanut oil and oyster sauce into the fresh-keeping box. I only use these sauces at home, so I use them. Hold it by hand and refrigerate it. I refrigerated it for five hours today.
Step2:Preheat the oven at 220 ℃ for 10 minutes. I use the hot air mode. It shouldn't be a problem to heat up or down. Bake ribs for another 20 minutes. By 10 minutes it was a bit burnt. I added tin foil.
Step3:I forgot to take the finished picture. I can't think of it until I'm almost finished... 220 degrees feels like the fire is still a little big. I can try to bake 200 degrees for a long time. Generally speaking, it's delicious ~ five of them are roasted and eaten soon.
