This dish is one of my favorite dishes. It's not as good as what I made in many restaurants.

Step2:Marinate. Put two spoons of ginger water, one spoonful of cooking wine, a little salt and pepper, corn starch. Mix and marinate for ten minutes

Step4:Put two spoons of sweet sauce, one spoonful of ginger juice, one spoonful of cooking wine, and one spoonful of white sugar in the pot. Stir fry the sauce until it is thick and strong, then pour in the shredded meat. Stir fry it to make it out like this
