Step1:Preparation materials: 1) Mince Pork. Small granule 2) mince onion, ginger and garlic for standby 3) fry pepper, seasoning, cilantro and grass fruit in cold oil and take out the remaining oil (if possible, add cauliflower root, onion, celery root and shallot to add flavor
Step2:Fry the minced pork in the oil pan until it changes color. Stir fry with ginger. Stir in the sweet sauce and soybean paste. Season with garlic, chicken powder and sugar. Add in the chopped onion. When the chopped onion changes color, pour in the peanuts and boil them until fragrant.
Step3:A perfect companion for noodles and rice.
