Mapo Tofu is bright and spicy.
Step1:Cut the tofu into small pieces. Put the cold water into the water to submerge the tofu. Add salt to make 10% of the water. Cook slowly over low heat.
Step2:The tofu at the bottom of the pot will shake slowly. Turn off the fire and cool naturally. Rinse with water and drain for use.
Step3:Hot pot and cold oil. Add garlic and minced meat and stir fry.
Step4:Fry until the minced meat changes color.
Step5:Stir fry the bean paste and pickled peppers to produce the red oil.
Step6:Stir fry with minced meat.
Step7:Put the tofu. Shake the pot. Push the tofu on the opposite side of the shovel.
Step8:Slowly pour a small amount of water into the lake powder. Push it with the shovel on the opposite side.
Step9:Pour vinegar and sesame oil along the wall.
Step10:Take out the pot and dish. Sprinkle in pepper powder and scallion.
Cooking tips:1. You can choose old tofu or tender tofu, depending on your preference. 2. The purpose of slow cooking tofu with salt is to keep tofu from being broken in the later stage and easy to taste. 3. The amount of sugar, vinegar and sesame oil added shall be subject to the taste.
