Step1:Prepare oats. Stir in 20g cocoa powder and mix well.
Step2:Add 20g sugar, 30g low gluten flour, dried cranberry and 2G baking soda. Mix well.
Step3:Add 25g corn oil and 25g milk. Stir well. Rub into small balls.
