About a jin of snapper
Step1:Clean. Sprinkle a thin layer of salt on the surface. This step can also prevent the pot from sticking.
Step2:Pour more oil into the pot. Heat the oil and fry the fish. The fire broke out all the way. Fry each side until crispy. Set. My pot is sticky, because the oil temperature of the electric stove is reduced after the fish is put into the pot; the open fire can effectively maintain the temperature and avoid sticking to the pot.
Step3:During the stir fry, mix the seasoning, add some salt, and then add a small half bowl of water.
Step4:Pour the seasoning into the pot. Add water to half the fish. Boil over high heat. Turn to medium heat. Cover. Stew each side for ten minutes. Don't flip the fish. It's incomplete.
Step5:Dish the fish. Drizzle a little of the stew. Enjoy.
Cooking tips:1. Fish in hot oil. Prevent sticking. My one is still sticky. It's mainly because the fire doesn't work. The electric stove is not an open fire. When the fish is in the pot, the oil temperature decreases. The fire power is not enough. 2. Try to turn it over as little as possible. I did it twice in all. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
