I've made several dishes for my wife at douguo food school these days. She also made this dish for me when she was happy. I'll dedicate it to you.
Step1:Soak the soybeans in clear water in advance.
Step2:Peel and dice eggplant and winter melon.
Step3:Put a little cooking oil in the frying pan. Heat the oil and put in the pepper. Fry the pepper and take it out. Put in the onion, ginger and garlic to make it fragrant.
Step4:Put the eggplant and wax gourd into the pot and fry for a while. Put in the sweet sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and soybeans. Stir fry eggplant and winter melon until it is five years old and pour in clear water.
Step5:Simmer for about 10 minutes on a low heat. The soup will be ready when it's thick.
Cooking tips:It would be better if I put some more mince. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
