I always miss the taste my mother made when I was a child. Today I finally tried it myself. Although it's not as delicious as Mom's, I feel good about myself.
Step1:Wash glutinous rice. Soak for 2 hours, then lift it up to dry. Wash the small intestine of pig with salt and vinegar, then soak it in water. Soak the mushroom and cut it into pieces. Shred the sausage, sea rice and garlic for standby.
Step2:Put oil in the pot. Stir fry the garlic and then the sea rice. Stir fry the sausages and mushrooms until the flavor comes out. Stir well the glutinous rice, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Stir for five minutes and turn off the heat for standby.
Step3:Drain the water from the small intestine of the pig. Tie the end of the intestine with a rope. Fill in the fried material slowly. Fill each with about 8 points.
Step4:Cook in a pressure cooker for about 20 minutes. Take it out and let it cool.
Step5:Take it out and slice it. Pour tomato sauce on it.
Cooking tips:Don't overfill your intestines. About 7 or 8 points will be good. Otherwise, they will burst. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
