Origin - got rhinitis in April. Spent nearly one thousand yuan to the hospital and didn't cure it. Later in seeking medical treatment is better than seeking oneself , it was found that drinking yam, job's tears and Gorgon porridge every day is effective and super healthy for rhinitis. I make this porridge by myself. I add a lot of my favorite and healthy beauty food at the same time. When I'm not very hungry at night, I just cook this porridge. My weight is becoming more and more standard. Ha ha. That YINGSHANHONG is a special product I bought when I went to Jinggangshan, Jiangxi Province the previous month. It's a snack. I suddenly wanted to put it in porridge.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Boil yam, job's tears and Gorgon in water for about 13 minutes (not too much

  2. Step2:Add millet, jujube, lily, sesame, walnuts and YINGSHANHONG. Cook for 10 minute

  3. Step3:Then put in the medlar and cook for another 5 minutes (the nutrition of the medlar is lost early). You can change the ingredients according to your taste. But almonds and millet can't be eaten together
