Continue to heat over medium heat. Turn the heat down after 23 minutes. Hear the sizzling sound on the wall of the pot gradually decrease. It means that the pot has been formed. Turn off the heat. Keep simmering for 10 minutes.
Cooking tips:1. If the vegetables have been blanched in advance, put them in when the fire is turned off. If the vegetables are put early, the color is not beautiful; 2. There is no cast iron pot to use in the casserole. If there is no casserole, you can steam the ribs for 5 minutes more. If you cover them directly on the rice meal, they will be covered with rice. However, there will be no delicious pot. 3. There is no salted egg. I added homemade salted egg yolk. How to do it - make a fresh yolk left over from the bread. Spread a layer of salt on the bottom of the bowl. Put in the yolk (be careful not to break it). Spread another layer of salt on the surface. Place at room temperature for 23 days.
