I eat it every year during the Spring Festival.
Step1:Chop shepherd's purse, pork tenderloin, onion and ginger.
Step2:Pour in a little rapeseed oil pot. Put in onion and ginger. Then put in pork and shepherd's purse. Stir fry until slightly cooked. Put some chicken essence into the dish.
Step3:When the stuffing is cool, spread out a piece of leather. Put a chopstick of stuffing in the middle of the square bottom edge of the leather. Slowly roll the stuffing from the bottom edge. Then fold both ends of the leather to the middle. Stick the two sections to the middle with a little finger. Do the same for the spring rolls below.
