This private spring roll of my family can only be eaten during the Spring Festival. My father can only do it in the new year. The new year is to have a reunion dinner with my family. Step1:Pour proper amount of water into the dried mushroom to fully soak the hair.
Step2:Prepare the material. Cut the onion and ginger. Dice mushrooms. Drain the dregs from the mushroom water.
Step3:Add a proper amount of chopped green onion and ginger to the meat filling. 1 egg, diced mushroom and pea. Add a proper amount of salt, pepper, cooking wine, sesame oil and sugar. Soak the dried mushroom in water. Stir together and beat vigorously.
Step4:Then mix some batter with flour and water.
Step5:Put the lozenge of spring roll skin in front of you. Put some meat stuffing in one corner.
Step6:First roll it up from the bottom. Then fold it in half.
Step7:Then paste the opposite corner.

Step9:Deep fry the spring rolls in the oil pan. Use low temperature and slow fire.
Step10:Deep fry until golden.
