This soup is simple, nourishing and nutritious, especially for women after menstruation, or after childbirth, when they are weak, it is very helpful to cook this soup to regulate their health. Step1:Food map - lean meat, dried pig, egg, shallot, coriander, ginger, dried onion.
Step2:Prepare rice wine - lean meat, pork liver, wash and slice. Add a little salt, chicken powder, white wine (2 tbsp) cooking oil and raw powder to marinate for 1020 minutes.
Step3:In the process of curing meat, you can fry eggs. Put some cooking oil in a hot pot. Break the eggs and fry them. Both sides are golden. Chop shallots and ginger for later use.
Step4:In another soup pot, boil about 6 bowls of water. Put the fried eggs into the pot and cook.

Step6:Pour down the pickled pork liver lean meat, ginger slices and stir fry until the meat fragrance comes out. Pour down the rice wine and stir fry for a few times.
Step7:Scoop up the meat slices and pour them into the soup pot. Cover the pot and cook for about 30 minutes.
Step8:The soup slowly turns milky white. When the water is much less than the original, turn off the fire. Mix in salt and chicken powder.

Cooking tips:The sliced pork liver must be marinated for a while to remove the fishy smell. It can also use glutinous rice wine instead of white wine. I've tried to make glutinous rice wine. The color is not attractive with white wine. The taste is different. The liquor is fresh. The glutinous rice wine is sweet. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
