I've always wanted to make my own meat floss. I made up my mind when I saw my own meat floss. For the first time, I asked my wife to buy a jin of meat. I plan to do it by myself. But I've been very busy recently. I often have to put down my job on the phone and go out. I can't go home until midnight. This Jin of pork has been frozen in the refrigerator for three days. Yesterday I thought I had some time. I bought my own meat. After supper, I began to stew. Who knows that the meat didn't stew well? Another call for work. So the stew was left to the wife. I came back home at three o'clock in the middle of the night. I crushed the stewed meat with a rolling pin and then frozen it in the refrigerator. I dried it in the microwave oven at noon and then broke it with a food processor. I didn't expect to succeed once. It looks like the meat floss in the supermarket. Proud again.
Step1:Remove the fat and the fascia from the pig meat. Then cut the meat into 1.5cm diced meat. Put all the ingredients into the pressure cooker. The water can't pass the surface of the ingredients by more than 1cm. Then simmer for about 30 minutes, until it's rotten with chopsticks. Take out the meat and let it cool. Put it into the fresh-keeping bag and crush it with a big spoon. Then put it on the plate and microwave it in the microwave oven for about 6 minutes. Take out the meat and stir it with chopsticks. Until 80 or 90% of the meat is dried, remove it.
Step2:Put the microwave dried minced meat into the food processor (I put this picture into the jam jar of the processor. Later I found that I couldn't beat it. Most of the meat couldn't reach it. So I put it into the Powder Jar later. I didn't take a picture). Break the meat several times.
Step3:The minced meat has become the meat floss as it is now. It's successful.
Step4:Put it in a glass jar, put it in a Leli box and store it in the refrigerator. When you eat it, you can take it out at any time.
