Step1:1. Wash and cut cabbage. Blanch with boiling water. Cut tofu into strips. Soak the spaghetti in cold water. Slice a little pork.
Step2:2. Put 50% oil into the pot and stir fry the pork. When the meat turns white, put it out.
Step3:Put oil in the pot. Stir fry chives and ginger. Stir fry tofu slightly. Add boiling water. Put anise in the pot. After the pot is opened, put in vermicelli and simmer for 15 minutes
Step4:Put in the fried pork, cabbage and salt. Cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes. A little sesame oil tastes better.
Cooking tips:If you are in trouble, you can use boiled water after blanching cabbage to make the vermicelli soft. Stir fry pork without cooking. Put bean curd, star anise directly. Stir fry and add boiling water. Boil for a while. Add in the vermicelli, cabbage and salt. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
