Step1:Fans soak in warm water in advance. Peel, wash and cut Luffa. Put it on the bottom of the plate. Sprinkle some salt (not too much). Then spread the vermicelli on the Luffa.
Step2:Put the oil in the pot. Stir fry the garlic until golden. Then pour the garlic and oil on the vermicelli.
Step3:Steam in steamer for 10 minutes. Drizzle with steamed fish and soy sauce.
