It's a regular home dish. This is our three meals a day. It's very homely.
Step1:Take the root of bean sprout, wash it and soak it.
Step2:Cut the onion, ginger, coriander and carrot for use.
Step3:Marinate the minced meat in the sauce for 15 minutes.
Step4:Stir fry the minced meat in hot oil to change color.
Step5:Stir fry the onion and ginger to give the fragrance.
Step6:Stir fry the carrot.
Step7:Add bean sprouts. Season with salt chicken essence. Stir fry until cooked. Add a spoonful of pepper oil and parsley.
Step8:Take a ride.
