Step1:Wash the spareribs. Chop into about 4cm segments. Submerge in salt for half an hour.
Step2:Heat the oil. Stir fry the ribs. Add the soy sauce and continue to stir fry.
Step3:Stir fry with onion, ginger, garlic and pepper.
Step4:Add potatoes, white potatoes, water, pepper, seasoning, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil.
Step5:Put in white wine and vinegar. Stew over low heat until there is little water.
