I've always liked the dish of hot and sour chicken gizzards. I've made it in different ways several times. It seems to be the most delicious. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos in many steps during the process.
Step1:Slice chicken gizzards. Be sure to wash them.

Step4:Stir fry chicken gizzards after cooking oil and smoke. Remove after discoloratio
Step5:Pour in a little oil again. Put in garlic slices, red peppers, millet peppers. In a minute, lower the gizzard. Pour in a little cooking wine, soy sauce and a little white wine to remove fishiness
Step6:Stir fry for 7.8 minutes, then pour in the garlic bolt and the cut coriander. Stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes and leave the pot.
