This dish is definitely not as delicious as what my mother has learned. It's a simple version. What I miss most when I go to school is the ribs, so I sent it out to share with you.
Step1:Chop ribs, scallion, ginger, garlic and spicy ski

Step5:Take it out of the pressure cooker and put it into the frying pan, add salt and stir fry it, then it will be OK
Cooking tips:The ribs must be boiled to separate the water, or they will fry in the oil pan, and they must be stir fried constantly to taste, or they will scorch the high-pressure cooker. The time should be counted from the time when there is gas and sound. If the meat is tender, it will be pressed for three to four minutes. If it's too long, the meat will be old and simple.
