This bread is lovely in appearance and salty in taste. The children like it very much. I made the meat floss myself. It is healthy and delicious.
Step1:Prepare all materials in advance

Step8:Put it in the baking tray after rolling. Leave a certain distance. Put it in the oven. Put a plate of water on the bottom. Put bread on the top. Ferment for 30 minutes.
Step9:Ferment to twice the size. Brush the surface with a layer of whole egg liquid. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
Step10:The middle layer is 180 degrees. Bake for about 15 minutes. The surface is golden.
