(in addition, I've written a detailed menu of taro balls, which can be found on my homepage.) besides the materials I wrote, I can also add some other things, such as mung beans, job's tears, kidney beans and magic horses. In winter, I can heat the red beans for priming, and in summer, I can make a milk ice for priming
Step1:Soak the red beans in advance, pour them into the pot and cook them twice with water (if not, boil them again, then open the pot and add some water to cook them again). When they are cooked, put them into the pot and add white sugar to mix them, add a little cream or leave them alon
Step2:Pumpkin purple sweet potato slices steamed with water... Press the cooked pumpkin purple sweet potato into mud respectively. Add proper amount of cassava powder (more water in pumpkin, more water needs to be poured out, more water needs to be added to the cassava powder, and the purple potato will be less water, maybe a little water needs to be added). Knead it into a ball without sticking, and then roll it into strips and cut into small pieces (different dough with cassava powder and flour) The sample is not so elastic and easy to disperse, as long as it can be gently rolled into a strip and kneaded into a ball, don't add too much cassava powder, otherwise it will be too hard.
Step3:Boil the water in the pot, put it into the taro ball, boil it until the surface is transparent, then pull out the cold water, put it in the bowl, add a little sugar and mix well (or add some sugar or sugar water when making the taro ball, I forgot to put sugar when I was making it
Step4:When the water in the pot is boiled, add the sago (more water) to it. I use the electric pressure cooker to cover it and cook it for a few minutes. If I use the ordinary pot, I may repeat the process of cooking and braising once or twice, boil it for a while, braise it for a while.... simmer the sago until it is transparent, remove the cold water, put it into the bowl, add a little sugar and mix it up
Step5:Turn off the fire when the milk is heated to the quick opening, take the egg white (the yolk can be made into a cake, an egg roll, etc.) and add some white sugar to break it up until the sugar melts. When the temperature of the milk drops, a layer of skin will be formed on the surface. Then poke a hole in the surface along the side of the bowl and pour the milk into the egg white (a little milk will be left in the bowl to avoid the skin sticking to the bottom of the bowl). After mixing, use the spoon or chopsticks to follow the edge of the bowl Slowly pour in the milk skin and it will rise slowly... (in fact, it doesn't matter if the milk skin is not finished, I can steam it out as well as it's good. Anyway, it's not beautiful and it doesn't matter if I make taro balls with the surface.) cover the plastic film, steam it in water, simmer for 10 minutes, and then bring it out in 2 minute
Step6:Before cutting small pieces of Guiling cream, when steaming purple potato and sweet potato, you can cut a few pieces for use or use the pressed mud or use a spoon to make purple potato mud or sweet potato mud into a ball
Step7:Put the cooked materials into a bowl and put some taro purple potatoes or taro mud purple on i
Cooking tips:When cooking red beans, you can put sugar first or later. When cooking red beans, you can put sugar first. Then the boiled red beans are one by one. If you put sugar after they are cooked and cooled, it will be a bit of sand. There are skills for making delicious dishes.
