I don't want to go out for dinner and don't bother to cook. I turned over the inventory in the refrigerator and searched the simple method of noodles on the Internet. I came out with this noodles.
Step1:Boiled noodles. Add a small amount of olive oil and salt in cold water. Bring to a boil. Stir now and then. Cook until the noodles are soft. Either hard or soft, depending on your taste. Drain the water after cooking. Mix in some sesame oil.
Step2:Mix soy sauce, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, sugar and salt and mix well for use. You can add or remove any ingredients according to your taste.
Step3:Seasoning. Heat the olive oil in a small heat. Stir fry the chili, shallot and pepper. Add the seasoning in step 2 and mix well. Stir fry the tomato for several times. Out of the pot.
Step4:Pour the seasoning directly on the surface and mix well. It's a success.
Cooking tips:I use spaghetti. Tomatoes are the size of plums. They are very skillful in making delicious dishes.
