Step1:Wash the grass carp and cut into sections. Steam it with onion and ginger. Peel off the fish. Remove the fish bones.
Step2:Pour a small amount of oil into the hot pot. Heat the oil and pour in the fish.
Step3:Stir fry slowly over low heat. When the fish is slightly turned yellow, add in the soy sauce, sugar and salt. Continue to stir and mix well.
Step4:When it's crispy, turn off the fire. Let it cool and put it into a sealed box for eating.
