My son likes this dish very much. But he always does it in a normal way.
Step1:Slice or dice the loin. Marinate with salt and rice wine for ten minute
Step2:Add corn starch, flour and egg white with a little water and a little salt. Mix them into batter. Don't be too thin.
Step3:Put the marinated meat in the batter. Thicken the batter. Fry in the oil pan until golden.
Step4:Put some oil in the pot. Add water, sugar, vinegar, tomato sauce and chicken essence to boil. Thicken the sauce. Pour in the fried tenderloin and mix well.
Step5:Out of the pot. Sprinkle sesame and shallot.
