Step3:Package wonton. This is not specific. Wonton skin is ready-made. The picture shows my general bag method
Step4:The bag is ready. In order to save time, the size and shape of the bag are totally different. Don't care about the details.
Step5:Add water to boil in the pot. Put in wonton. Boil until the water boils again and remove.
Step6:In the process of cooking wonton, put laver and chopped coriander into the bowl according to your hobbies. Add vinegar, soy sauce and oil and sprinkle with hot pepper. Then fish out the wonton and soup.
Cooking tips:1. If there is chicken soup, it can be poured into chicken soup finally. It is more nutritious and delicious. 2. The seasoning for stuffing and the final soup are all added according to your own taste. I just say my preference. 3. Chicken breast meat is basically free of fat, so the wonton stuffing may be a little dry. It tastes good. In order to be healthy, I don't care too much about the taste.
