Step1:Wash chicken gizzards. Bring to a boil with water and ginger cooking wine. Pour in chicken gizzards and cook for 10 minutes. When cooked, remove the chicken gizzards and cool them quickly (preferably with ice water) so that they are crispy.
Step2:When the gizzard is too cold, mix a sauce. Chop the garlic for use. Put the chili powder and peanuts in the bowl and stir evenly for use. Put the oil in the pan into the pepper, cinnamon, scallion and ginger slices, stir to make the flavor, and then take out the oil as long as it is oil. The oil is poured into the bowl of chili powder three times. After frying, put the garlic powder. Step3:Slice the chicken gizzard. Stir in chili oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, chicken essence and sesame oil. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Step4:Cut up the coriander and lay it on the bottom of the plate. Put the marinated chicken gizzards on it. The dish is finished.
