Step1:Fresh bass. Wash. Eviscerate. (market bought to help clear. Go home and consolidate it) slant knife. Salt the fish. Sew ginger slices and scallions in the fish belly. Pour in a little cooking wine. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Step2:Steam fish and soy sauce. Mix with soy sauce. Steam mature sauce in advance. Set aside. Put the fish in the steamer when the water is boiling. You can get out of the pot in 10-15 minutes. The fish is fresh and tender.
Step3:Change the fish plate after leaving the pot. Cut the ginger and onion to improve the taste. I cut green peppers and shredded radish for beauty.
Step4:Sprinkle the hot sauce on the fish. Pour the hot oil.
