Step1:Peel and wash peas.
Step2:Chop the scallion and ginger and set aside.
Step3:Put the tofu and peas into the boiling oil and salt water and fly the water. Then supercooled the water for standby.
Step4:Stir fry the minced meat with cold oil in a hot pot until it's cooked. Stir in the scallion, ginger and yellow rice wine, and then add in the soy sauce.
Step5:Cook peas and tofu together. Add seasoning.
Step6:Simmer for 4-5 minutes until tofu thickens. Pour in sesame oil and serve.
