The gizzard is the stomach of a chicken. The Yellow membrane on the inner wall of the gizzard can be used as a traditional Chinese medicine. It is commonly known as chicken stone. It has the effect of eliminating the stomach and astringent essence.
Step1:First of all, stir fry pepper, seasoning, star anise and dried red pepper with oil.
