It's a cake roll made according to Qifeng's method. Small strawberries feel cute.
Step1:Please refer to my previous recipe of Qifeng cake to make the cake paste. Then take a little paste and drop a drop of red pigment, mix well. Lay a layer of oil paper in the baking tray. Draw the strawberry shape on the oil paper. Bake in the oven at 150 ℃ for about one minute. If it solidifies, take out and pour in the remaining cake paste. Shake out the air bubble and put it into the oven at 150 ℃ for about 15 to 20 minutes. Stare at it. Don't scorch it. After the toothpick is inserted and pulled out, it will be cooked without the paste sticking on it.
Step2:Turn it upside down and cool it. Tear off the oil paper. Mix tea powder with a drop of water to make paste. Draw strawberry leaves with toothpick. Draw strawberry seeds with toothpick when chocolate melts. Strawberry face down. Cream and spread on the center of the cake. Sprinkle with peas. Roll up.
