Step1:Prepare the materials. Cut the gelatin into small pieces and soak in cold water. Beat 1 yolk into a paste.
Step2:Put the Orio powder in the fresh-keeping bag and grind it (to ensure that it is crushed to fine particles) and add a proper amount of fine sugar.
Step3:Heat the butter in a water separator until it melts. Add in the Orioles. Stir.
Step4:Mix Oreo with butter and sugar. Spread them on the bottom of the mould. Press them flat. Refrigerate them.
Step5:The cheese is heated and softened in water.
Step6:Soften the cheese and add in the sugar. Stir until smooth. Add egg yolk paste, yoghurt, rum and mix well.
Step7:Milk. Light cream. Add the gelatine slices of softened and drained water. Heat in water until the gilding tablets are all softened.
Step8:Heat it up and pour it into the cheese paste. Stir well. Pour the cheese paste into the mould with the Orio powder. Knock twice on the table to defoaming.
Step9:Put it in the refrigerator. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than 4 hours (preferably overnight). Take it out for demoulding.
Step10:Cut into small pieces according to personal habits.
