Step1:Microwave the duck leg and sausage for 1 minute. Or steam for 7 or 8 minutes. Cut the duck leg into pieces. Slice the sausage. Chop ginger.
Step2:Put a layer of oil on the inside of the casserole.
Step3:Put the rice soaked for half an hour into the casserole. Add 1.5 times water.
Step4:Add in the ginger powder. Bring to a boil. Stir constantly.
Step5:When the water is almost invisible. When the rice surface bubbles evenly, turn off the fire. Spread the sausages and duck legs on the surface of rice. Close the cover.
