Step1:Remove the roots of garlic and clean it. Cut into sections. Slice the dried parsley.
Step2:When the pot is hot, pour the oil.
Step3:When the oil pan is hot, stir fry it with fragrance.
Step4:Stir fry garlic over high heat.
Step5:Stir fry until the garlic is almost ripe. Add in the soy sauce.
Step6:Add some salt, sugar and chicken essence. Stir fry for a few times to make it out of the pot.
