Step1:Weigh all kinds of raw materials needed for standby.
Step2:The yeast powder is dissolved in 50 ml of warm water below 30 ℃.
Step3:Add to the cornmeal little by little. Stir well in the milk.
Step4:Leave the mixture for 2 hours. It will be slightly fluffy.
Step5:I use the old wine of osmanthus. I think it's very suitable to soak the raisins and put them into the dough.
Step6:Soak the raisins for 15 minutes to soften.
Step7:Add soybean flour and milk powder to the corn batter.

Step10:Soak the raisins and dry them with kitchen paper.
Step11:Put it into the batter and mix well.
Step12:Brush a little oil on the nonstick pan or electric cake pan. Heat it over low heat. Take a proper amount of batter, knead it and stick it in the pot. It is about 1cm thick. Don't be too thick. It's not easy to be cooked if it's too thick. One side of the belt can be easily shaken. If it's creaky, turn it over and stick on the other side.
