Step5:Then add cooking wine, star anise, raw soy sauce, old soy sauce, white pepper and sugar.
Step6:It's almost cooked. Add garlic slices and erjingtiao pepper and stir fry.
Step7:Put in some chicken essence. Start the pot and put it on the plate. Green pepper and local chicken. A good dish to stimulate taste buds in summer.
