Step1:Cut the chicken into small pieces. Add 1 tablespoon salt, cooking wine, cooking oil, soy sauce and a small amount of white sugar into the fresh-keeping bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step2:All materials are cut as shown in the figure. Octagons are broken. I use my mother's own dry pepper. It's very fragrant.

Cooking tips:It's more delicious to use chicken with bones. Our family doesn't like eating bones. So I bought pure chicken. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
