Beijing sauce shredded pork is a traditional dish in our life. It's ruddy in color, tender and smooth in meat, bean flavor in tofu skin, crispy and refreshing in green melon, and full-bodied soy sauce, meat and vegetable matching. It's a beautiful family dinner dish.
Step1:After washing the blood, cut the pork fillet into slices and then into silk.
Step2:First put a little salt, and then add two tablespoons of cooking wine, a little pepper, raw powder and egg white. Mix well. Set aside.
Step3:The tofu skin is blanched in the pot to remove the beany smell.
Step4:Wash and peel the green melon and cut it into silk.

Step7:Put the diced tofu skin and shredded green melon into a plate. Pour in the fried shredded meat.
