Yesterday was my mom and dad's wedding anniversary. I designed this dish for them to celebrate. It goes with cream and asparagus soup. My mom and dad are full of praise. It's so happy.
Step1:The first is the salting of fish. Dry the fresh fish with kitchen paper. Mix honey, soy sauce, red wine and lemon juice, sprinkle with black pepper and vanilla, marinate for an hour. Turn over twice during the period. Marinate both sides to taste better.
Step2:Wash the ingredients. Cut the broccoli, carrot and Tricholoma into two batches. Remove the roots of asparagus. Boil the water in the pot. Add some salt and olive oil. Blanch the above dishes.
Step3:Asparagus tends to wilt after being blanched. So I was blanched before I finally went to the table.
Step4:Stir fry all kinds of nuts to make them more fragrant. Then chop them up for later use. I used Brazilian pine nuts, pistachios, cashews, hazelnuts and almonds.
Step5:Then fry the fish. Pour olive oil into the electric pancake pan. Spread it evenly. Turn on the power and heat it up. Then put the fish fillet in the pan. The fish skin is facing down. Pour in some marinated fish juice. It's about five to eight minutes. The fish is very tender and don't fry too much. Otherwise, the taste is not good. The fish skin is crispy after frying. The fish flesh inside is still pink after cutting. It's tender and just right.
Step6:Then put the fried fish fillet and the side dishes on the plate. Pour some lemon juice on the fish fillet. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Grind black pepper and chopped nuts. Then cut a slice of lemon for decoration. You can enjoy the side dish with the sauce of Rosas black peppe
