Delicious stewed potato with beef brisket. Soft and instant Beef Brisket with sweet potato. Perfect.
Step1:The first part, of course, is to wash the beef brisket bought home. Boil it to make dirty things. Then cut it into small pieces (as for the size of the individual like it). After cutting, heat the oil in the pot. Fry it for a minute. Add cooking wine, ginger slices and two bowls of water. First, boil it over high heat. Simmer it over low heat... (remember that beef stew can't be salted) it's done. Now you can have an hour and a half to listen to music, watch TV or something. There's no pressure at all~
Step2:The second step is to cut the potatoes into pieces (the size you like). Put some oil in the pot. Fry the potatoes for one minute. Pour in the beef brisket. Because the soup for stewing the beef brisket is reserved, you don't need to add water. Add sugar, salt, soy sauce, soy sauce and stir fry it. Cover it with stuffy sauce.....
Step3:Fifteen minutes later, the stewed brisket came out.... I tasted one while it was hot. Delicious.
Cooking tips:The beef brisket must be stewed very badly.
