Cooking Steps

   Step1:Wash the lobster carefully with a brush.

   Step2:Take out the middle part of the head and tail.

3. 

   Step3:In the pot, bring some oil to the boil. Pour in the prepared lobster and stir fry. Add the lobster material. Stir for a while. Add some water. When the juice is dry, you can start the pot.
