Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:Soak the Cordyceps flowers in cold water for a while before washing. Cut off the root of Flammulina velutipes and wash. (no need to misplace the shallots

2. 

   Step2:Peel and wash garlic. Wash coriander.

3. 

   Step3:Put a proper amount of water in the pot. Open the Flammulina mushroom with water. Blanch the Cordyceps and cut it off. Take it out and put it in a cold water basin for standby.

4. 

   Step4:Mash garlic (I use a eraser. You can make mashed garlic with various methods). Put a little salt and chicken essence. Appropriate amount of vinegar, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil into juice.

5. 

   Step5:Flammulina velutipes. Cordyceps flower control water plate. Pour in garlic juice. Garnish with a little coriander. '
