Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Add cold water and two pieces of ginger to the pot. Drop a few drops of lemon juice. Put the beef into the pot. Boil the water and cook for a few minutes. Drain the blood foam. Then take out the beef brisket and wash it with hot water. Put aside the water for cooking the meat.

  2. Step2:In the pot, add oil and cook until it's ready. Add potatoes, carrots and onions, stir fry until the potatoes turn golden. Then, put in the oil and set aside.
