I loved this when I was a child. I felt it was more enjoyable than eating steamed bread. Mom will often do it. Of course, it's much better than me.
Step1:Mix yeast and flour slightly.
Step2:Add water to ferment 2 or 5 times the size. Tear to see the honeycomb.
Step3:Move it to the chopping board again to exhaust and knead it evenly.
Step4:Roll it into a big piece.

Step11:Put it in the steamer and wake up for 10 minutes. Fire. 15 minutes after steaming. Turn off the heat. Don't take it out immediately. Keep simmering for five minutes.
Step12:Out of the pot.
