I've been trying how to make shrimp dumplings delicious before. Today I found a good recipe to share with you. If the shrimp is 250g, it needs about 1.5 Jin of fresh shrimp. I made the finished product drawing last time. The materials are different ~ don't care about the details~
Step1:Shrimp head, shell and intestines. Divided into two groups. One group is used to pat and chop mud with the back of a knife. Dried bamboo shoots are soaked in water for a while. Chop the pieces. Step2:Put the Chengfen and cornstarch in a basin. Scald the noodles with boiling water. Add a little bit. Stir with chopsticks. It will become snowflake. Add oil and mix. When it's not hot, knead it by hand. Finally, knead it into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap. 15 minutes.
Step3:Pull down a small ball and rub it round.
Step4:Flatten it with a scraper. Use even force. The side is slightly thinner than the middle.
Step5:Put on the stuffing. Don't be greedy. Because this kind of skin is easy to break.
Step6:Wrap it gently. It can cover the moon and teeth.

Step8:Put water in the pot. Boil the water. Spread the oil paper or carrot slices in the steamer. Put the shrimp dumplings on it. When the water is boiling, steam up. Then put the steamer in to steam. Steam for 8 minutes. Don't break it too long.
Step9:The dip is sauce. You can see the shrimps. Ha ha
Cooking tips:If you want to put it in the refrigerator, you must spray water. Wrap it in a fresh bag to keep it moist. Otherwise, the skin will crack. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
