In summer, I like the cold noodles with all kinds of dishes. Today, I choose green pepper and carrot as the main dishes. Chili oil and steamed fish and soy sauce replace sesame paste. It's spicy, fresh and delicious. It's simple, time-saving and comfortable to eat.
Step1:Prepare the food code. (peeled carrot, cleaned and sliced, washed and sliced with green pepper, peeled and sliced shallot, cleaned and sliced slanted grain, picked and sliced parsley, peeled garlic and mashed garlic
