Step1:Wash and drain the spareribs. Slice the ginger and garlic. Cut the onion into small sections.
Step2:Mix 1 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp sugar and 4 tbsp vinegar into sweet and sour juice.
Step3:Add some flour to water and mix well.
Step4:Put the spareribs in the pot. Add ginger and garlic. Add water to the spareribs. Then pour in the sweet and sour juice.
Step5:Cover the pot and simmer.
Step6:When there is a small amount of soup left, pour in the raw meal water and mix well.
Step7:Serve. Sprinkle with scallion.
