Appetizing salty porridge. Drinking in summer. Clearing fire.
Step1:Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash the rice and soak it. I grabbed a handful of job's tears.
Step2:Shred the meat, cut the rice with ginger, mix with rice wine, marinate for 10 minutes.
Step3:Dice preserved eggs.
Step4:Chop up the chives and set aside.
Step5:Put rice into the pot. Add some water and a little cooking oil. Bring to a boil. Turn to medium low heat and roll for 5 minutes. Add marinated shredded meat.
Step6:Stir with a spoon and skim off the froth. Cook over low heat until the porridge is thick. Add diced preserved eggs. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Step7:After the porridge is cooked, add salt, chicken essence and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with scallion. Perfect.
Cooking tips:The preserved egg is cool. The pork is smooth (I use beef). It's just neutralized with ginger rice and black pepper. In summer, drink it hot. Sweat a little. It's very comfortable. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
