Step1:Taro peeled. Cut into strips.
Step2:Heat the oil in the pot to 60-70%. About 150 ℃. Put in taro. If there are too many, it can be divided into two times.
Step3:When the taro is fried to the point where you think it's hard on the surface, you can start cooking (if you're worried about it, you can poke it with a toothpick). Step4:Turn on the heat. Wait for the sugar to melt. Stir fry the syrup until it bubbles. Continue to stir fry until the syrup becomes sticky and thick.
Step5:Pour in the fried taro. Stir well. Then turn off the fire.
Step6:After turning off the fire, it's still in the state of drawing silk. You need to continue to stir. When the temperature slowly decreases with the stir, the anti sand taro is finished.
Cooking tips:Many people can't control the boiling temperature of syrup. There's a trick. You can put a little water in the bowl. When you think the syrup is almost boiled, drop it in the bowl to see if it will coagulate. If it does, you can have taro. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
